Project Overview:
Located at the southeast corner of the intersection of planned Yihai Road and Leihai Road in the Taiziwan area, it boasts a beautiful surrounding environment and convenient transportation, close to multiple major traffic arteries and public facilities.
The total land area is 33,346.01 square meters (including commercial and cultural/sports facility land), with a planned total construction area of 96,500 square meters, of which commercial area is 87,807 square meters, cultural and art area is 8,500 square meters, and property service room area is 193 square meters.

Main Waterproofing Materials & Features:
The basement floor slab uses 1.5 mm thick TPO (non-exposed) thermoplastic polyolefin waterproofing membrane, with a waterproofing project area of 30,077 square meters.
This membrane has high flexibility and tensile strength, capable of adapting to deformations such as structural settlement and temperature changes; the pre-laid and reverse-bonded method allows it to form an integral whole with the concrete, preventing bonding failure; and it does not require a concrete protection layer, which can reduce labor and material costs.
