Project Overview:
Located around Huangjinshan Park in Bantian Subdistrict, within the core area of Banxuegang Tech City. The project spans three land parcels (Jiachangyuan site, Huake Nano site, and the eastern plot of Huangjinshan Park), with a total land area of approximately 43,000 square meters. Through land exchange, the entire layout is positioned south of Bell Road and north of Xinxing Road.

Main Waterproofing Materials and Characteristics: The basement roof slab and roof utilize 3mm thick non-curing rubber bitumen waterproof coating combined with 4mm thick SBS modified bitumen waterproof membrane (waterproofing project quantity 34225.44 square meters). The former adapts to complex substrates and can form a complete coating at internal and external corners; the latter offers good flexibility, can deform with the substrate, and adapts to uneven settlement. The combination of these two materials allows for simple and fast construction.
